Surface Earth

I was running with my eyes closed and when I opened them I was running on a cloud. With every step, lightening bolts lit up the ocean to its depths, and creatures not seen for million s of years stopped in shock when seeing the destruction that humans have inflected on the surface earth.

Going

Time goes by
Sometimes its like walking on a silver road of stars
Sailing on an ocean of dark green seaweeds
Dancing on the surface of a lake bare feet in he middle of winter
Crying sunbeams for the joy of love
Being caught between a lightening bolt and a rainbow
Because the first fifty is the living years
And the last fifty is the dying years
That’s when time goes in bursts of speed and other times slows down to excruciating reality. All that can be done is to wait.
Wait for the ocean to part so you can walk towards the sun.

One in, One out

Hey, hey, you see those dark splatters, yeah, the ones that are floating in the lights of the orange flares. Ha ha ha ha, that’s God crying blood. Can you feel the vibration, can you see the blur with every boom, that’s the devil laughing. Thirty wasted years, millions of wasted moments, thousands of daydreams evaporated. One migrate, one separate, one in stalemate. Yeah, begin in the beginning, end up in the beginning. Psst, Psst, come closer, I will whisper this. Stand in the splatter, give a whole new meaning to washed in the blood while you stand in the fire spitting ice to cool down. Demons are memories, he he he he he, they are not lurking, not hiding, just there. Friends and foe, lovers that are loveless. Yes, yes, looks like a roll to me. A roll that starts in the middle and ends before the end. Premature, unfinished, stop.

Bring on the Fog (October 27th 1983)

So once again the darkness have besieged me

Ahhh, I can wallow in my depression

Sweat fog embrace me, make me whole

Shower me with delightful drops of uncertainty

Make my heart race with the anticipation of nothingness

No feeling, no questioning, guide me to that dull peace

Make me tingle with emotionless excitement

My heart beating, its thumping so faint a doctor could not find it

Now I am there, lying on a black rain cloud

Riding on a shooting star whose light went out millions of years ago.

Looking down on an earth without its blue glow

Daydreaming about sunshine, bright colours and cotton candy

I must wake up, but I can’t, it’s too peaceful here

Too comforting to my soul
